Our yards range from 1,600 sq ft to over 10,000 sq ft, ensuring "size matters" is always answered with a solution.

Your seamless experience begins the moment you arrive. Easily access our facility from Hwy 97 through our automated gate, which responds to a keypad or app. Once inside, proceed along our 70 ft. wide central drive aisle to your assigned individual micro yard. Each yard features 8' tall mesh panel fencing and lockable gates, giving you exclusive access to your secure space. Simply unlock your own gates, and you're in – lock and leave with peace of mind.

Beyond secure storage and laydown, imagine using your space as a flexible outdoor office, a dedicated area for your business operations, or a convenient staging and working zone. With a 20'/40' shipping container for valuables and 30-50 amp service pedestal, your yard becomes a dynamic hub for preparing and managing your projects and equipment.

Getting started with GRIDLOK YARDZ is simple. If you're interested in securing your own micro yard and locking in early bird rates, please phone or text your name, number, and email to 210-364-2134 or email sizematters@gridlok-yardz-llc.com. We will promptly email you a Letter of Intent (LOI). Filling out and returning this LOI secures your rate for the first six months.
